  PHP Developer - Bucharest

  Responsabilities:

  Mandatory Competencies:  

  • Minimum two years of experience in developing PHP/ MySQL - based applications;
  • Minimum two years of experience in structuring and optimization of MySQL databases;
  • Minimum two years of experience working in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS;
  • Minimum one year of experience in implementing jQuery based functonalities;
  • Thorough knowledge on different browsers compatibility;
  • Experience in object oriented programming in PHP;
  • Portfolio consisting of at least one medium traffic site (over 1,500 users daily) developed by the candidate or a substantial contribution the candidate had in the development or optimization phase in PHP / MySQL, mentioning duties at their respective projects.

  Necessary abilities:  

  • Creativity, proactively, the ability to deal with problems in an innovative way;
  • A strong desire to learn;
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written);

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Developing new WEB application, maintenance and implementing of new functionalities based on existing ones;
  • Developing web applications in PHP/ MySQL/ JavaScript/ AJAX , using a CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, etc) or a PHP Framework (CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, CakePHP, etc);
  • Functionally integrating the CMS/Framework (WordPress, Drupal, CodeIgniter, etc ) with the design agreed by the client;
  • Developing functional modules for the above-mentioned CMS;
  • Integrating iHTML/ CSS/ JavaScript with the PHP/ MySQL applications;
  • Testing applications creating for identifying bugs and other problems that can cause malfunction of such applications;
  • Optimizing scripts/databases to obtain the maximum functional performance for each application.

  An advantage:  

  •  Rich knowledge of optimizing PHP scripts and MySQL database structures;
  •  Experience in Drupal Frame Work projects and/or Wordpress CMS;
  •  Experience in projects involving systems cache file / database systems and file sharing and version control (SVN);
  •  Experience in implementing projects requiring a high degree of security.

  Project Manager - Bucharest

  Responsabilities:

  PROJECT / PRACTICE RELATED COMPETENCIES: Project / Practice Management

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team, ask for their approval from AM & KONDIMENT’s CEO than passes them on to the client.
