Ray Moore, Senior Art Director, este noul Creative Director al KONDIMENT Group. El va coordona din Romania toate echipele de creatie ale companiei, incepand cu luna martie 2009. Despre aceasta numire, Lucian Despoiu, Fondator KONDIMENT, a spus:
“Colaboram cu Ray Moore de multi ani. Ne gandeam de multa vreme sa-i propunem aceasta functie, dar distanta era un impediment destul de serios. Aveam insa nevoie de experienta lui aici, iar el a fost de acord sa se mute in Romania. Sunt extrem de bucuros, mai ales ca nu a ezitat deloc atunci cand a luat aceasta hotarare. Asta inseamna ca vom face in continuare lucruri la fel de frumoase, dar mai multe ca pana acum! ”

Ray Moore si-a inceput cariera publicitara in anul 2001 ca Art Director, iar din 2004 si-a extins aria de competente si catre animatie, programare si regie de film. In portofoliul sau se regasesc clienti de top cum ar fi: HP, Symantec, Garmin, Turkish Airlines, Crowne Plaza Hotel Times Square, Triumph.
